אין סוף גוונים, טקסטורות וצורות יש בעולם. עולם האופנה והאומנות מתקיימים זה לצד זה וזה בתוך זה מאז ומעולם, אך עדיין בתוך המערבולת ששתי העולמות יוצרים עולות השאלות:
האם אופנה היא סוג של אומנות?
האם אופנה הופכת לאומנות כחלק מתהליך היצירה או שמא מתחילה כאומנת ואז מופשטת לרמה בה מתאפשר ביטוי פרקטי, תעשייתי והמוני של אומנות האופנה?
האם מעצבי האופנה הם אומנים או שהתחשבותם בפן ה"מציאותי" - המסחרי של האופנה הופך אותם ל"מתפשרים הנצחיים"?
ובכלל, האם עולם אופנה שואב השראה מעולם האומנות או שקיים תהליך של השראה הדדית בין שתי העולמות? ואם כבר מדברים על זה האם אלה שתי עולמות או שזה עולם אחד ומכלול אחד?
כל השאלות האלה "צפות" אי-שם ברקע מאז שהתחלתי להתעניין יותר בעולם האופנה על כל תופעותיו והנושא נידון בעיתונות כתובה ומדיות אחרות על כל גווניהן. אולי זאת הסיבה שהבלוג Yellow orange wonderland הוא כל-כך מיוחד במינו.
בזמן שנושא אומנות, אופנה והסימביאוזה ביניהן מתוקשר, מדובר ונידון - מספק הבלוג מבט "אילם" לחלוטין על הנושא. בעלת הבלוג במקום להתפלסף בנושא בחרה פשוט להציג את הסימביאוזה בצורה מדוייקת וויזואלית ללא כל הבעה של עמדה מילולית. ולטעמי, ההצגה פשוט מרתקת!
Our world has endless choice of shades, textures and shapes. The world of art and the world of fashion co-exist and are intertwined, the questions as for that co-existence are endless:
Is fashion truly one of the arts?
Are fashion designers artists or their constant fight for wearable and yet artistic fashion causes them to become "eternal compromisers" on that winding path?
And while those questions are becoming a subject to for articles, arguments and discussions, Yellow Orange Wonderland manages to provide an amazingly unique point of view on the symbiosis between arts and fashion. The main reason this point of view is so unique is because the blog owner doesn’t present any opinion or point of view at all. The only thing you will find there is a visual representation of that exceptional symbiosis and the feeling that the blog owner is an amazing Fashion & Arts Live Encyclopedia.
